National Old-Time Fiddler's Association.

Carwile String Studio students have won the American String Teachers Association Alternative Styles Awards, State Fiddle Championships in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Washington, and Wyoming as well as championships at the National Old-Time Fiddler’s Contest in Weiser, Idaho. Students have been accepted into the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts, Kentucky All-State Orchestra, the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Lexington, the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra, and performed at Carnegie Hall and on the Grand Ole Opry.
